There are presently three ways that our pro sports team partners enable groups and organizations to sell tickets as part of this program. Specific details of each method may vary by team.

Method 1: Groups/orgs receive actual tickets to sell that the pro team places on consignment
The group/organization would be given a certain number of tickets to sell at a price up to the face value of each ticket. The pro team would set aside this block of tickets for the group/organization to sell, with any unsold tickets needing to be returned by a certain date, usually at least two weeks prior to the game. Depending on the arrangement, the group/organization could be given free reign over the ultimate sale price (above the price per ticket returned to the pro team) or the pro team may want the tickets sold for a specific price. The group/organization would keep a certain amount per ticket sold and return the rest to the pro team. The group/organization is able to receive additional tickets based on availability.

Method 2: Groups/orgs use an order form to collect ticket purchases
The order form method is the most common approach as it eliminates the hassle of keeping track of many tickets and then returning unsold tickets. Order forms allow your group/organization to get commitments from ticket buyers before receiving tickets so that you know the exact number of tickets to request. We can design custom order forms and flyers to assist with collecting and keeping track of ticket sales.

Method 3: Ticket buyers get login/promo code from groups/orgs for online fulfillment
With this method, members of your group/organization direct family, friends, local businesses, and other ticket buyers to an online page where they will enter a promotional code or special login to receive the discounted tickets. The transaction would be completed online, where ticket buyers may be able to choose from different price levels and/or sections, depending on the group/org and pro team's preferences. No actual tickets are distributed to the group/organization, which removes the need to return unsold tickets to the pro team. The pro team simply issues a check to the group/organization based on the number of tickets purchased online through the program.
